Welcome to IG Growth Stack ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a suite of Google Chrome extensions designed to help users manage, export, and automate their Instagram activities. By installing and using any of our extensions, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Data Processing, Storage, and Privacy

Your privacy and account security are our highest priorities. We have built our extensions with a "local-first" architecture to ensure maximum safety.

• Local Processing Only: All data scraping, processing, and file generation (such as CSV or Excel exports) happen entirely locally on your device within your web browser.
• No Passwords Collected: We never ask for, collect, store, or transmit your Instagram login credentials (passwords). Our tools work seamlessly alongside your existing logged-in session.
• No External Servers: We do not send the data you scrape (such as followers, emails, comments, or location data) to any external servers or third-party databases. The data is directly downloaded to your computer's local storage.
• No Tracking: We do not track your browsing history or your activities across other websites.

2. Required Permissions Explained

To function correctly, our Chrome extensions require specific browser permissions. We only request permissions that are absolutely necessary for the core functionality of the tools:

• *://*.instagram.com/*: Required to read the public data displayed on Instagram pages so the extension can compile it into exportable files or perform automated actions (like auto-liking) on your behalf.
• storage: Used to securely save your local extension settings, preferences, and temporary task progress locally on your device.
• tabs: Allows the extension to verify if an Instagram tab is open and to manage background tasks efficiently.
• alarms / background: Used to run scheduled or delayed automation tasks smoothly without interrupting your browsing experience.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (ExtensionPay)

Our premium features are unlocked via paid subscriptions. We use ExtensionPay (ExtPay.js), a secure, third-party payment processing service designed specifically for browser extensions, which relies on Stripe.

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or billing details.
• ExtensionPay may collect basic information (such as your email address) necessary to process your payment and manage your subscription status.
• You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your ExtensionPay account or by clicking the subscription management link within the extension's popup.

4. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable software, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Once a subscription or one-time purchase is completed and the premium features are unlocked, we cannot issue a refund.
• Most of our tools offer a free tier or trial usage. We highly encourage you to test the free version of the extension to ensure it meets your needs and works correctly on your system before upgrading to a paid plan.
• If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, technical issues do not guarantee a refund.
• You are responsible for managing your subscription. If you wish to stop being billed, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using our tools, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

• You are solely responsible for how you use the exported data and automated actions.
• We are not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or action blocks imposed by Instagram as a result of using our automation or scraping tools. We recommend using the tools with reasonable delays and avoiding overly aggressive automation.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our extensions after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
